The Bloodhunt public early access season is coming to an end with over 2 million player accounts created for the game. Developer Sharkmob has announced that following this testing period, plans for release have now changed so the game can be further improved. This is based on feedback collected during the testing phase.
Sharkmob explains (https://bloodhunt.com/en-us/news/bloodhunt-the-road-to-launch) that the team still has work to do and that “based on key learnings from this early season”, they want the time to “address the valuable feedback”. The team is working harder to meet the “high standards” that they have set for themselves and the standards players expect.
The early access period will be ending November 22nd and anyone who plays the game during testing will be invited to future invite-only tests before launch. All in-game progression will also be carried forwards to the full game.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt will now be releasing for PC and PlayStation 5 in 2022 instead.
