Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been delayed into 2023

Rocksteady Studios has announced that their upcoming Suicide Squad game has been delayed into 2023. The game was previously scheduled to released this year but as the developer explains, this is no longer possible.

Posting to Twitter, the developer states that team has made the “difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023”. They recognise the delay may be “frustrating” for some but “that time is going into making the best game” possible. There’s no news on what has caused the delay and it may never be revealed.

Last month, Bloomberg (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-02-02/warner-bros-suicide-squad-video-game-is-delayed-until-2023) reported that Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League had been delayed into next year. The announcement from Rocksteady Studios finally confirms this report. More news will be coming from the developer later this year about Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League as it gets closer to the new Spring 2023 release period.
